28-Piece Press Disc Set Ø38–97 mm for Bearing, Bushing & Seal Installation / Removal with 1/3 Foam Tray

This professional 28-piece press disc set is designed for installation and removal of wheel bearings, bushings, rubber mounts, seals and other press-fit components. The set covers diameters from Ø38 mm to Ø97 mm, providing broad application coverage for most workshop tasks.

The included 1/3 foam tray allows organized storage and quick access to the correct disc size while fitting standard workshop trolleys and tool carts.

High-Quality Hardened C45Cr Steel Construction

All press discs are manufactured from durable C45Cr steel and undergo an additional hardening process for increased strength, wear resistance and long service life under workshop conditions.

Each press disc features dual laser markings showing the diameter size for fast identification. The foam insert also includes size markings and corresponding item numbers.

Optimized for Universal Compatibility

To improve usability and application range, all press discs feature an internal diameter of Ø22 mm, allowing compatibility with larger wheel bearing spindle systems.

Additionally, every press disc includes a Ø35 mm machined recess designed for centering and positioning axial ball bearings used with universal threaded spindle systems.

ABS Sensor Protection and Pressing Process Visibility

All press discs from Ø60 mm and larger are manufactured with a flat cut section. This design provides:

• Protection of ABS sensors during wheel bearing service
• Improved visibility during pressing operations
• Better control of installation and removal processes
