This pneumatic and manual vacuum fluid extractor is designed for the clean and efficient extraction of engine oils, transmission oils and other automotive fluids from cars, motorcycles, marine engines and industrial machinery.

Equipped with a Venturi system for compressed air operation, the extractor generates a powerful vacuum, allowing fluids to be removed quickly with minimal effort. It can also be operated manually when compressed air is unavailable.

Applications

Suitable for extracting:

  • Engine oil
  • Transmission oil
  • Automatic transmission fluid (ATF)
  • Coolant
  • Brake fluid
  • Water
  • Other low-viscosity fluids

Features

  • Pneumatic and manual operation
  • Vacuum extraction for clean and efficient fluid removal
  • Suitable for fast extraction, transfer and emptying of fluids
  • High-quality pump body with reinforced pump head
  • Includes multiple extraction probes for different applications
  • Integrated pressure relief valve for increased safety
  • Transparent reservoir for easy fluid level monitoring

Scope of Delivery

  • 1 × 6 L extraction tank with manual vacuum pump and compressed air connection
  • 1 × 5 mm dipstick extraction tube
  • 1 × 6 mm dipstick extraction tube
  • 1 × 8 mm extraction tube
  • 1 × 10 mm main extraction hose

Specifications

  • Capacity: 6 L
  • Operation: Pneumatic / Manual
  • Vacuum generation: Venturi system using compressed air

Assembly

  • The main extraction tank is supplied fully assembled.
  • Remove the unit and all accessories from the packaging.
  • Check the parts list to ensure all components are included.
  • Push the main suction hose into the suction port on the tank lid until it fits securely. The O-ring holds the hose firmly in place during operation.
  • Remove the protective cap from the Venturi unit and install the compressed air fitting.
  • Ensure the tank lid is securely fastened to the container.
  • If using compressed air, connect the air supply to the fitting installed on the Venturi unit.

Preparation

  • Park the vehicle on a level surface free from obstacles.
  • Shift the transmission into Park or Neutral and apply the parking brake.
  • For engine oil extraction, start the engine and allow it to reach normal operating temperature, then switch it off.
  • Note: When extracting coolant, do not warm up the engine. Allow the engine to cool completely before beginning the procedure.

Engine Oil Extraction Through the Dipstick Tube

  • Select the largest extraction tube that fits the vehicle's dipstick tube.
  • Carefully insert the extraction tube into the dipstick tube until it reaches the bottom of the oil pan.
  • Note: Do not kink or bend the extraction tube while inserting it.
  • Connect the extraction tube to the main suction hose.
  • Ensure all hose connections are secure to prevent air leaks during operation.
  • Push the main suction hose firmly into the suction port on the tank lid.
  • Note: Before starting, verify that the vacuum release plug is fully inserted. If it is not properly seated, the system will not be able to generate vacuum.

Using Compressed Air

  • Open the air valve on the Venturi unit to generate vacuum.
  • The engine oil will be drawn through the suction hose into the extraction tank until the oil has been completely removed or the tank reaches its maximum capacity.
  • Close the air valve and disconnect the compressed air supply.

Using the Hand Pump

  • Operate the hand pump to generate vacuum inside the tank.
  • The engine oil will be drawn through the suction hose into the extraction tank until the oil has been completely removed or the tank reaches its maximum capacity.

After Use

  • Disconnect the main suction hose from the extraction tube.
  • Remove the main suction hose from the tank lid.
  • Pour the used engine oil into a suitable waste oil container.
  • Dispose of used oil in accordance with all applicable local, regional, and national environmental regulations.
