Expansion Kit PSA, Fiat, Toyota 92 mm Half-Shells for Compact Wheel Bearing Tool Hydraulic Version

This professional expansion kit has been specifically developed for installation and removal of Ø92 mm compact wheel bearing units on selected PSA, Citroën, Peugeot, Opel, Fiat and Toyota vehicles using hydraulic systems.

The optimized Stahlmaxx wheel bearing tool concept provides workshops with a cost-effective, efficient and expandable solution for wheel bearing servicing.

In most applications, wheel bearing replacement can be performed directly on the vehicle without excessive force and without complete removal of the wheel carrier or suspension assembly.

The kit is intended for storage in workshop trolleys and service carts and is supplied without a storage case.

Correction Half-Shell Alignment System

Certain wheel bearing manufacturers and vehicle applications may not include a chamfer on the bearing outer ring required for proper initial alignment.

To solve this issue during the initial installation phase, the kit includes a universal correction half-shell system with three height variations.

Included correction half-shell sizes:

• 45 mm
• 42 mm
• 38 mm

The correction half-shells include integrated magnets for secure positioning and prevent components from dropping during operation.
