Upper Control Arm Alignment Tool Front Axle for Tesla Model 3 & Y – as 1450399-00-A

Specialized tool for determining the correct installation position of the upper control arms on the front axle of Tesla Model 3 and Model Y.

Used during replacement of control arms due to worn bushings, damaged ball joints, or front axle noise.

Functionality

The tool acts as a spacer and positioning aid, inserted into the upper mounting point of the control arm bracket. The control arm is then positioned against it to ensure correct alignment.

Proper positioning is critical before tightening the control arm bushing bolts. Incorrect alignment may result in:

• Altered driving behavior
• Premature wear of rubber bushings
