Cordless plastic repair tool for repairing and reinforcing damaged plastic components using heated steel staples.

Suitable for applications such as plastic trim panels, headlight mounting brackets, bumpers, housings and other plastic parts with cracks or broken sections.

The heated staples are embedded into the plastic to reinforce the damaged area and restore structural stability. The repaired component can then be prepared for further work such as filling, sanding or painting.

Repair Staples with Break-Off Points

The supplied heating staples feature predetermined break-off points.

After installation, the protruding ends can be broken off without requiring diagonal cutters or additional cutting tools.

The heating element holder is suitable for different repair staple diameters.
