Crankshaft Pulley Puller (Non-Threaded) for Ford 2.0 EcoBlue TDCi – as 204-158-01, 303-D121

This specialized puller is designed for removing crankshaft pulleys without threaded holes on Ford 2.0L EcoBlue TDCi engines. It allows safe and controlled extraction of the vibration damper, even when tightly seated on the crankshaft.

Operation

After removing the central crankshaft bolt, a protective adapter is inserted into the crankshaft bore. The puller’s central spindle is then used to apply controlled force, allowing the pulley to be removed without damaging the crankshaft or surrounding components.

Application

Required during:

• Timing belt replacement (belt-in-oil systems)
• Removal of crankshaft pulley / vibration damper
• Engine service and repair procedures
