This 27-piece tool set provides the equipment required to clean injector bores, wells and sealing seats before installing new diesel injectors.
The included steel-wire brushes remove carbon deposits and contamination from the walls of the injector well and the injector sealing surface. Thorough cleaning helps the injector and sealing washer seat correctly, reducing the risk of combustion-gas and fuel leakage.
Sealing plugs are inserted into the injector bore before cleaning to prevent loosened deposits and other contaminants from entering the combustion chamber.
