This holding tool is designed to counterhold the cooling fan and viscous fan clutch during removal and installation on Ford Transit engines.
It is used together with a standard 1/2" ratchet or breaker bar and securely holds the pulley while loosening or tightening the fan clutch.
The tool is particularly useful when corrosion makes the fan clutch thread difficult to loosen.
Important Note
- The fan clutch uses a right-hand thread.
- Recommended tightening torque: 105 Nm.
