Internal Coil Spring Compressor for Front and Rear Axle with Control Arm Access Hole 3700 kg

This special internal coil spring compressor is designed for front and rear axle suspension systems with a through-hole in the control arm. It is suitable for multi-link axles, independent suspension systems and space-link axle constructions where the coil spring must be compressed safely from inside the spring assembly.

The compact construction allows use in vehicles with very small access openings in the front or rear spring guide, down to Ø 30 mm. The tool uses a special internal thread design that prevents the central bolt from extending too early during normal compression. This avoids contact with the vehicle underbody, a common issue with many conventional internal spring compressors.

The spring retaining plates feature an anti-rotation design and a multi-groove profile to provide stable and secure seating of the spring during compression. The included 100 Nm torque limiter bar supports controlled operation and helps reach the required working depth inside the axle assembly.

This tool is suitable for professional suspension repair work where safe spring handling, compact tool dimensions and precise spring positioning are required.
