Manual Hydraulic Pump with Foot & Hand Operation, 20 / 700 Bar with 2.2 m Hose & Quick Couplings

This professional two-stage hydraulic pump is designed for manual operation using either foot or hand control. The pump includes an extra-long 2.2 m hydraulic hose with quick-connect couplings and is suitable for use with STAHLMAXX hydraulic systems and many compatible hydraulic components from other manufacturers.

The system is designed for demanding repair work such as wheel bearing replacement, axle service, bushing repairs and bodywork applications.

Two-Stage Pump Technology for Faster Operation

The integrated two-stage pumping system enables fast positioning and efficient pressure generation.

During low-pressure operation:

• Hydraulic oil flow: 12.26 cm³ per stroke
• Operating pressure: approximately 20 bar

This stage allows rapid movement and preloading of components while reducing operator fatigue and minimizing stress on sensitive parts.

During high-pressure operation:

• Hydraulic oil flow: 2.26 cm³ per stroke
• Maximum pressure: up to 700 bar

When used with compatible hydraulic cylinders, significantly higher pressing forces can be achieved.

Example:

Using hydraulic cylinder Item no. 102754 (18-ton cylinder), forces up to approximately 18 tons are possible.

Despite its solid steel construction and integrated oil capacity, the hydraulic pump remains portable and convenient for workshop use.
