Usage Instructions – Pneumatic Injector Puller Kit

1. Select a suitable thread adapter (6–24) for the injector.

2. Attach the adapter (A) to the injector (C). If needed, disassemble the solenoid to connect the adapter to the internal or external thread.

3. Choose the appropriate air adapter (2 or 3) depending on available space.

4. Lightly oil the two O-rings on the puller’s draw bolt (1).

5. Insert the puller’s draw bolt (1) through the hole in the air adapter (2/3) and attach the unit to the selected adapter (A) already installed on the injector (C). Ensure the hose connection points in a direction with sufficient space for the air hose (5).

6. Make sure all components are securely connected.

7. Close the air valve (4) on the lever (B).

8. Connect the air valve (4) to the air source hose.

9. Select the speed on the ring (D) – Slow = 300 strokes/min | Fast = 900 strokes/min.

10. Open the air valve (4) on the lever (B); the tool will start operating.

11. Before disassembling the tool, close the air valve and disconnect it from the air supply hose.
