The Injector Puller for Pneumatic Chisel Hammer is a specialized workshop tool developed for the effective removal of seized diesel injectors and injection nozzles using vibration and impact force.

Seized injectors caused by corrosion, carbon deposits, moisture, or contamination are a common workshop challenge. When an injector is defective or its copper sealing washer leaks, removal is mandatory. Conventional spindle or hydraulic pulling systems often fail under such conditions.

This system utilizes vibration combined with axial impact force in the pulling direction, providing a more efficient, controlled, and component-friendly removal process compared to purely mechanical pulling methods.

The updated version includes important improvements:

• Increased efficiency and improved handling thanks to a mounting bracket

• The bracket securely holds the vibration hammer, enabling continuous operation (e.g., by securing the trigger for extended vibration cycles)

• Improved ergonomics and reduced installation height with side-mounted handle position

• Compatible with all injector adapters and pull claws with M18 x 1.5 internal thread

• Included adapters allow conversion to M18 x 1.5 external thread and M14 x 1.5 internal thread

• 5/8" x 18 UNF pull rod thread retained for maximum backward compatibility and long-term spare parts availability
