This professional injector tool set is designed for precise, safe, and controlled removal and installation of petrol injectors on BMW and Mercedes-Benz engines. It includes tools for BMW N20, N26, N43, N47, N53, N54, N55, N57, N63, S63, and Mercedes-Benz M133, M152, M157, M270, M271, M274, M276, M278 engines, including AMG variants.

The set protects sensitive components, such as injectors, cylinder heads, and sealing rings, making it ideal for professional workshops and advanced technicians working on modern vehicles. The tools are supplied in a 1/3 drawer insert (189 x 408 x 32 mm) suitable for tool carts or BGS-Box13.

Mercedes-Benz injector pull claws: OEM 271589023300, 278589003300
4 × spacer sleeves
Slide hammer
Supplied in practical 1/3 drawer insert (189 x 408 x 32 mm)

Application – BMW N20 / N26 / N55 / N63 / S63

Loosen screw on original mounting bridge and remove it.
Mount injector tool without clamping bolts using spacer sleeves and screws, tighten by hand.
Align tools, insert clamping bolts, and secure on injectors.
Tighten mounting screws with a wrench.
Preload clamping bolts by hand.
Use a torque wrench to manufacturer’s torque clockwise.
Place a 24 mm crowfoot wrench on the clamping bolt head.
Turn torque wrench clockwise until injector is removed.

Note: If the torque wrench clicks during extraction, replace the injector.
9. Loosen mounting screws and remove the entire tool with screws, clamping bolts, and injectors.
