Scope of Delivery

• 2 × Support feet 115 mm

• 2 × Support feet 140 mm

• Support bridge with bearing

• Spindle M16 with M17 thread for injector attachment

• 29 mm socket for removing the electrical unit

• Allen key for injector needle removal

Usage Instructions

1. Remove fuel lines and wiring from the injector.

2. Loosen and remove the electrical unit using the 29 mm socket.

3. Remove the injector clamp.

4. Press down the clover-shaped washer and remove the retaining ring. Note: Small parts may fall out.

5. Remove the ring screw with the Allen key.

6. Screw in the spindle (M17 thread) into the injector’s internal thread and tighten to ~5 Nm.

7. Mount the spindle through the support bridge bearing and place the support feet against the cylinder head.

8. Install the spindle nut.

9. By turning the spindle nut against the bearing in the support bridge, the injector is extracted.
