HDI Injector Puller for Bosch & Siemens – PSA 2.0 / 2.2 Engines

The HDI Injector Puller is a high-performance workshop tool for removing stuck or hard-to-reach HDI injectors in PSA 2.0 and 2.2 engines (DW10, DW12). Its robust construction includes reinforced support blocks and two ball-bearing spindles for different internal threads, allowing controlled application of high extraction force directly against the cylinder head.

The tool includes two open sleeves for safely detaching the injector’s electrical components. It is compatible with identical engines in Fiat, Ford, Lancia, Suzuki, Volvo, Toyota, Mazda, and Hyundai.

Step-by-Step Removal:

1. Remove injector retaining bolt and solenoid

2. Depress the clover-shaped disc and remove clamp, washer, and spring

3. Loosen the ring nut with an Allen key and remove valve cover

4. Remove intake manifold and support brackets

5. Install support bolts according to instructions

6. Screw in the extraction spindle through the bridge and secure with the nut

7. Turn the spindle nut with a wrench while holding the spindle stationary

8. Once the nut rotates easily, remove the injector by hand using the puller
