Injector Puller Kit – Mercedes CDI Engines – Common Rail

This professional injector puller kit is designed to efficiently remove stuck common-rail injectors, especially in tightly fitted systems. Using a pull spindle and support cylinder, injectors can be extracted with high precision and controlled force.

• OM646 (not LA EVO)

• Other vehicles with Bosch common-rail injectors

Usage Instructions

1. Remove injector mounting brackets.

2. Detach the electrical unit using the slotted insert. Be careful not to dislodge injector components.

3. Press down the clover-shaped disc and remove the locking ring.

4. Remove washer and spring.

5. Unscrew the ring nut with the included insert.

6. Remove control plungers and any loose components. Small parts can fall easily.

7. Slide the support cylinder over the injector and screw the pull spindle into the injector.

8. Extract the injector using the spindle nut.

• 1x Protective ring for mounting under pull sleeve

• 1x Sleeve 29 mm, slot opening: 50 mm, outer hex: 22 mm

• 1x Pull spindle / extraction sleeve, outer hex: 21, 22 mm, slot opening: 85 mm
