Camshaft trigger wheel locking tools (1/2/3),

• Trigger wheel locking tool RED (3) – for N55, S55 engines

Timing chain pre-tensioning tool (4),
to be used as OEM 119340

For preloading the timing chain, apply a suitable torque wrench to the hex of the tool and tighten to the specified torque.

Camshaft alignment tools (5/6/7/8),
to be used as OEM 114280, 114281, 114282, 114283, 114285

Used to lock the camshaft in the timing (adjustment) position.

To lock the crankshaft in the timing position, remove the sealing plug from the cylinder block and insert the flywheel locking pin into the bore in the cylinder block.

Ensure correct crankshaft alignment when inserting the pin.
