Reptools Tire and Wheel Transport System

This compact and stable transport system assists mechanics with the comfortable, back-friendly movement of tires, rims and complete wheels.

The product is available in three purchase options:

• Full kit: One tire and wheel transport trolley with three rim protection mats
• Trolley only: One tire and wheel transport trolley
• Rim protection mat: One individual mat

The trolley supports a total load of up to 140 kg and is suitable for rims and complete wheels up to 24". The rim protection mats have a diameter of 690 mm and are suitable for rims and complete wheels up to 27".

Suitable for protecting rims and complete wheels during transport and storage.

Back-Friendly Wheel Transport

Standard complete wheels from 18" upwards frequently weigh more than 20 kg each. Moving them to tire changers, wheel balancers or storage areas can be tiring and physically demanding, particularly during the seasonal tire-change period.

The Reptools tire transport trolley provides a simple and effective solution for moving heavy wheel sets with less physical effort.

Stable and Mobile Trolley

The trolley has four freely rotating, rubber-coated castors with a diameter of 76 mm. They are also suitable for uneven surfaces, including paved workshop and yard areas.

One castor is equipped with a parking brake to secure the trolley and prevent unintended movement.

Integrated Storage Recess

Wheel bolt covers, hub caps and other small components can be stored in the integrated recess while the wheels remain directly on the trolley.

Multiple trolleys can be stacked to save space when not in use.

Rim Protection Mats

The included or individually available rim protection mats are manufactured from a high-quality, specialised rubber compound.

Each mat is 4 mm thick and helps to:

• Protect protruding aluminium rims from damage
• Secure wheels against slipping
• Provide an insulating layer between stored wheels
• Allow air and moisture exchange during storage
• Support ventilated storage through integrated ventilation holes

The mats are suitable for transporting and storing rims and complete wheels up to 27".
