This special tool is designed for loosening and tightening tie rods and axial joints with diameters ranging from 33 mm to 42 mm without removing the tie rod end.
Its unique open design allows the tool to be quickly positioned directly onto the tie rod, significantly reducing service time compared to conventional methods.
No Tie Rod End Removal Required
Unlike traditional tie rod tools, this design eliminates the need to remove:
- The tie rod end
- The lock nut
To remove the complete tie rod assembly, only the steering rack boot needs to be moved forward, simplifying the repair process and reducing labor time.
Maintains Steering Geometry Settings
Because the tie rod length remains unchanged during removal and installation, there is no adjustment of the steering geometry.
