Trakrite Toe Alignment Gauge for Wheel and Axle Alignment

The Trakrite alignment gauge is designed for quick and simple checking of vehicle toe alignment, including toe-in and toe-out conditions.

The device helps identify wheel alignment errors and simplifies adjustment procedures.

The upper plate is mounted on rollers, allowing free lateral movement. When a wheel is driven onto the plate, any misalignment causes the plate to move sideways. An internal linkage transfers this movement to a pointer indicator, which displays the total movement and resulting alignment error on a calibrated scale.

After measurement, the pointer can be manually reset to the center position.

Measurement Principle

The Trakrite scale is calibrated to display the alignment error directly in degrees of toe-in or toe-out.

If the pointer remains in the center position and shows no movement, the wheel alignment is correct and no adjustment is required.

Instructions for Use
