Vacuum Pump & Chain Module Cover Tool Set for BMW N51, N52 – as 114360

This professional tool set is designed for the removal and installation of the vacuum pump sealing cover, as well as servicing of the chain module on BMW N51 and N52 engines.

It allows controlled extraction and pressing of the sealing cover, preventing damage to engine components during maintenance operations.

Removal Procedure (Vacuum Pump Cover)

• Attach the plate from item.no. 101180 to the sealing cover using screws
• Screw the adapter into the bore above the sealing cover
• Hook the bracket to the lower part of the engine block and secure it with the knurled screw
• Screw the pull spindle into the plate and extract the sealing cover

Installation Procedure

• Keep the bracket mounted on the engine
• Position the plate (from item.no. 101180, without screws) together with the pressure spindle and new sealing cover
• Press the sealing cover in evenly until flush and fully seated
• Complete engine assembly
