Heavy-duty air-hydraulic jack designed for lifting loads of up to 20 tonnes in professional workshop and industrial applications.

The jack can be operated using compressed air for fast and convenient lifting or manually via the integrated hand pump when an air supply is unavailable.

Pneumatic and Manual Operation

The hydraulic system can be powered by compressed air at a working pressure of 8–9 bar.

Alternatively, the jack can be operated manually using the built-in hand pump, providing greater flexibility in different working environments.

Wide Height Adjustment

The hydraulic piston provides a lifting stroke of 170 mm.

An additional adjustable lifting screw offers 80 mm of height adjustment, giving the jack an overall working range from 260 to 510 mm.

Heavy-Duty Construction

The 223 x 133 mm base provides a stable support surface when the jack is positioned on a suitable load-bearing floor.

The jack is designed primarily for vertical operation but may also be used at an angle of up to 5° from vertical where the application allows.

It is also suitable for use in appropriately designed vertical or bench press constructions.

Important Safety Information

  • Designed for lifting loads only, not for supporting them over extended periods

  • After lifting, the load must immediately be secured with suitable support equipment

  • Maximum permissible load: 20 t

  • Use only on a suitable, stable and load-bearing surface

  • May be operated vertically or up to 5° from the vertical position

  • Not recommended for lifting or levelling houses or other building structures

  • Ensure the compressed-air supply meets the specified operating requirements
