This professional wheel hub grinder features a larger Ø 90 mm inner diameter and is specifically designed for fast and efficient cleaning of wheel hub and wheel flange contact surfaces. The combination of an aluminium housing and steel core provides excellent durability, impact resistance and long service life, making it suitable for use with impact wrenches at the lowest power setting.

Before reassembly, the contact surfaces between the wheel hub and brake disc, as well as between the brake disc and wheel, should be free from corrosion and deposits. Proper cleaning improves heat transfer between the brake disc and wheel and facilitates future wheel removal during maintenance.

Unlike wire brushes or abrasive paper, the abrasive disc system offers rapid cleaning with minimal dust generation and without removing material from the wheel hub or brake disc surfaces.
