Differential & Transfer Case Locknut Holding Tool 50 mm for BMW – as 335040, 330080

Professional special holding tool designed for loosening and tightening the insert locknut on BMW propshafts and driveshaft assemblies.

Removal of the insert locknut is mandatory when separating the driveshaft from the transfer case during repair and service operations.

Unlike the original tool, this version features an integrated 1/2" square drive, allowing the use of breaker bars and torque wrenches for controlled and professional operation.

Important Information

The 12-point flange nut must never be used for counterholding.

The insert locknut must always be loosened clockwise, opposite to the driving direction.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in severe rear differential damage.
