Camshaft Control Valve Tool Set VAG – 5 pcs

Tool set designed for removal and installation of camshaft control valves (4/3-way central valves) on VAG petrol engines. Enables controlled operation during servicing without damaging valve components.

Compatibility

Suitable for the following engine types:

• 1.8 / 2.0 16V engines (from 2004-)
• 1.8 / 2.0 16V TFSI engines (from 2016-, 3rd generation)
• 2.0 16V TFSI engines with timing chain (from 2008-)

• 1 × Camshaft control valve socket, 10 mm (3/8") – T10352
• 1 × Camshaft control valve socket, 10 mm (3/8") – T10352/1
• 1 × Camshaft control valve socket, 10 mm (3/8") – T10352/2
• 1 × Camshaft control valve socket, 10 mm (3/8") – T10352/3
• 1 × Camshaft control valve socket, 10 mm (3/8") – T10352/4

Remove the engine cover, camshaft control valve electrical connectors, and the upper timing case cover.

Rotate the camshaft to the service position.

WARNING: The camshaft control valves have a left-hand thread.

To remove the left and right camshaft control valves, turn the tool in the direction of the arrow.
