Cooling System Vacuum Coolant Filler & Bleeding Tool
-
Code:1773
-
Weight:1.530 Kgs
Overview:
✔ Pneumatic vacuum coolant filling and bleeding tool
✔ Enables bubble-free filling of automotive cooling systems
✔ Simultaneously checks system tightness under vacuum
✔ Universal design with quick-connect coupling
✔ Pressure gauge with protective rubber cover (±2% tolerance)
✔ Universal cone adapter for most passenger vehicles
✔ Adapter diameter: 15–44 mm
This pneumatic tool is designed for filling and bleeding automotive cooling systems quickly and efficiently. By creating a vacuum before filling, coolant is drawn into the system without trapping air, reducing the need for manual bleeding.
Vacuum Leak Testing
Before refilling, the cooling system can be placed under vacuum to verify its tightness. This allows leaks to be detected before coolant is introduced, helping to prevent unnecessary coolant loss and repeat repairs.
Universal Compatibility
The tool features a universal quick-connect coupling and a cone adapter that fits most passenger vehicle cooling systems.
The cone adapter is suitable for filler neck diameters from 15 mm to 44 mm, making it compatible with a wide range of vehicles.

Preparing the Cooling System
Drain the old coolant from the cooling system as completely as possible.
Connect the compressed air supply to the tool.
Attach the small vacuum hose to the designated hose connection.
Connect the coolant hose to the coolant hose coupling.
Insert the universal adapter into the radiator or coolant expansion tank opening.
Creating a Vacuum
Ensure that both shut-off valves are closed. The valves are closed when the handles are positioned perpendicular to the direction of flow and open when they are aligned with the flow direction.
Open the air shut-off valve to begin creating a vacuum inside the cooling system.
Monitor the vacuum gauge and close the air shut-off valve once the needle reaches the yellow zone.
Refilling the Cooling System
Prepare a container with fresh coolant and place the suction end of the coolant hose into the coolant.
Open the coolant shut-off valve.
The vacuum inside the cooling system will draw the coolant into the system. Continue filling until the gauge returns to 0.
Close the coolant shut-off valve.
If the cooling system is not completely filled, repeat the procedure starting from the vacuum creation step.
Finishing the Procedure
Disconnect all hoses from the tool and return all components to the storage case.
Finally, check the coolant level and top up manually if necessary.
