This specialised cross-handle torque wrench is designed for changing wheels and controlled tightening of right-hand-threaded wheel fasteners on passenger cars.
The torque can be adjusted between 70 and 170 Nm, allowing wheel fasteners to be tightened to the specified torque.
Tightening and Loosening
The torque mechanism operates during clockwise rotation. An audible click indicates when the preset torque has been reached.
For loosening wheel fasteners by turning anticlockwise, the tool can be used as a conventional cross wheel wrench without torque control.
Spinner Mode
The spinner mode allows wheel fasteners to be loosened and preliminarily tightened quickly. Final tightening must be performed using the required torque setting.
Space-Saving Storage
The tool can be disassembled after use, reducing the space required for storage in the workshop or vehicle.
