Specialized puller tool designed for removing the drive plate from VAG 7-speed DSG dual clutch transmissions with wet clutch systems.
The puller is mounted onto the spline of the drive plate after removal of the sealing cover. Using a slide hammer tool such as item no. 116739, to be used as T10055, the drive plate can be removed in a controlled manner and subsequently extracted using mounting hooks.
Suitable for professional servicing and repair of VAG DSG transmissions.
Important Information
During removal, attention must be paid to the retaining ring, which may release unexpectedly during extraction.
It is recommended to cover surrounding openings before removal to prevent the retaining ring from accidentally falling into the transmission housing.
