When removing drive shafts, wheel hubs, wheel bearings, ball joints and suspension joints using hydraulic cylinders, it is often necessary to apply force directly through the spindle.

This adapter is designed to be screwed onto the end of the puller or pressure spindle, protecting the spindle thread from damage caused by high pressing forces.

Ideal for Seized Drive Shafts

Corrosion and seized drive shafts can make removal extremely difficult, especially on VAG vehicles where the drive shaft is secured by a central bolt.

Applying force directly to the original threaded section can damage the thread inside the drive shaft joint. This adapter allows pressure to be applied directly to the joint itself, helping prevent thread damage during removal.
