This three-piece set is designed for removing dirt and carbon deposits from glow plug guide bores and for extracting seized glow plugs from selected Mercedes-Benz and Smart CDI engines.
Cleaning the guide bore supports the correct installation of the glow plug and helps prevent accumulated deposits from obstructing future servicing.
M10×1.00 Reamer
The M10×1.00 reamer is designed for cleaning the glow plug guide bores on the following engines:
- Mercedes-Benz OM611, OM612 and OM613
- Smart CDI R660
These applications include 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-cylinder diesel engines.
M12×1.25 Reamer
The M12×1.25 reamer is intended for cleaning the glow plug guide bores on Mercedes-Benz OM604, OM605 and OM606 4-valve engines.
Glow Plug Puller
The included puller is designed for extracting seized glow plugs with a 10 mm hexagon from Mercedes-Benz OM611, OM612 and OM613 engines.
