Injector Removal Tool with Slide Hammer for BMW & Mini Direct Injection Engines B38, B46, B48, B58

This professional special tool set is designed for removing fuel injectors installed in BMW and Mini engines from the B38, B46, B48 and B58 engine series.

These injectors are manufactured from plastic, and their long construction combined with extreme temperature fluctuations can make removal of seized injectors particularly difficult. The tool set enables controlled extraction of individual injectors without requiring the otherwise necessary puller bridge assembly.

The system is designed for efficient and cost-effective injector removal in professional workshop environments.

Important Notice

This procedure is recommended only for defective injectors that will not be reinstalled.

Failure to follow proper procedures may result in fuel leakage and potential vehicle fire hazards.

Installation Note

A combustion chamber Teflon seal installation tool is not required.

New injectors are supplied with a pre-installed sealing ring and plastic installation sleeve that maintains the correct installation dimension. The plastic sleeve should only be removed immediately before installation.
