Injector Removal Tool for 3.0L Fiat / Iveco / Fuso / PSA Engines, as 99342156, MH064377, 0191-2

This professional special tool is designed for removing seized piezo diesel injectors with vertical M14 fuel line connection threads installed in 3.0L F1C engines.

The extractor enables controlled and low-damage removal of injectors without damaging the cylinder head or injector body. The robust threaded spindle construction provides high pulling force for difficult injector removal applications commonly encountered on these engines.

Suitable for professional injector service and diesel engine repair work.

Recommended Procedure

• Allowing the engine to reach operating temperature may assist injector removal
• The tool is mounted using the M14 thread connection on the injector
• Position the bridge support feet carefully and ensure parallel alignment during extraction

Important Notes

Only suitable for piezo injectors with vertical M14 connection threads.

Before use, lubricate the pressure screw with molybdenum disulfide grease.

Please note:
Excessive extraction force may damage both the tool and the injector despite the use of high-quality materials. Injectors subjected to excessive force should be replaced.

Approximate reference maximum extraction torque:

• 200 Nm

If maximum force is reached:

• Leave the injector under tension for an extended period
• Apply heat if necessary
• Use suitable solvents
• Apply vibration assistance if required
