The lever pump is designed to transfer liquids from 60, 200 and 220 L drums. Suitable liquids listed for the pump include AUS32, water, lubricants, screenwash, antifreeze, mild cleaning agents and agricultural chemicals.
The pump has a 2″ BSP connection. Its suction tube can be assembled to a length between 350 and 980 mm, while the flexible delivery hose is 2 m long.

How to operate the pump
- Insert the suction tube into the drum and screw the pump head onto the drum opening.
- Turn the pump head to the required position and secure it with the locking nut.
- Push the delivery hose onto the outlet spigot and secure it with the hose clamp.
- Move the lever steadily up and down until liquid begins to flow. Direct the hose into the receiving container to avoid spills.
- Turn the vent cap anticlockwise to prevent further suction.
