Pneumatic Air Bag Jack 2 t, 140–505 mm, 3-Bellows

Fast and practical pneumatic jack designed for lifting vehicles using compressed air.

The 3-bellows construction provides a maximum lifting capacity of 2000 kg and is particularly suitable for tyre service centres, roadside assistance companies and workshops where vehicles need to be raised frequently and quickly.

Fast Pneumatic Lifting

The jack operates entirely with compressed air and allows the vehicle to be raised rapidly with minimal physical effort.

With a lifting range from 140 to 505 mm, it provides a wide working range for tyre changes, maintenance and repair work.

The recommended operating pressure is 8 bar.

3-Bellows Heavy-Duty Construction

The lifting system consists of three robust air bellows manufactured from resistant multi-layer material.

This construction provides stable lifting while keeping the system mechanically simple and requiring little maintenance compared with more complex lifting mechanisms.

Mobile Workshop Design

Two rollers and an extra-long handle make the jack easy to manoeuvre and position beneath the vehicle.

Extension Adapter Included

A robust extension adapter with a height of 83 mm is included.

The adapter has a diameter of Ø 98 mm and allows the jack to reach its maximum specified lifting height of 505 mm.

Safety and Pressure Control

An integrated overload safety valve helps protect the lifting system against excessive load.

The jack is designed to operate within a compressed-air pressure range of 6 to 9 bar, with 8 bar recommended for normal operation.
