DISASSEMBLY
The clutch housing can only be removed or installed using this special tool.
The special tool must be securely attached to the clutch housing.
If necessary, rotate the transmission input shaft.
Push the auxiliary brake (B) upward and secure it with a cable tie (C).
Rotate the drive shaft (D) until the holes are aligned.
Use a suitable tool to check that the holes are properly aligned.
Install the special tool (A) and turn it approximately 8 times counterclockwise to disengage the clutch.
Pull the clutch out of its housing.
Place the transmission in a vertical position.
As soon as the oil pump gear rotates together with the transmission, the clutch is correctly installed.
Once rotation is achieved, use the special tool to install the clutch.
Turn it clockwise to its maximum position and tighten it to the specified torque.
INSTALLATION
Do not use a hammer or any other impact tool during installation under any circumstances.
The clutch must contact the clutch support through the piston ring.
After installation, check that the piston ring (E) and needle bearing (F) are correctly positioned.
Carefully insert the clutch into the clutch support, ensuring that neither the clutch nor the piston ring (E) is damaged.
