This professional clutch release shaft puller set is specially designed for servicing pulled clutch systems installed in Fiat Ducato, Citroën Jumper and Peugeot Boxer transmissions.
On these transmission types, the release bearing is permanently connected to the clutch pressure plate. The clutch is disengaged by pulling rather than pushing, making conventional gearbox removal difficult and often damaging without the correct special tool.
Before gearbox removal, the release shaft must be extracted laterally from the transmission housing. This puller allows safe and controlled removal without damaging surrounding components.
Special Design with Extension Sleeves
Conventional release shaft pullers are typically limited to approximately 65 mm extraction travel. Due to corrosion, the shaft often remains seized after the initial extraction stage.
This redesigned system includes two 35 mm spacer sleeves which can be installed progressively after the initial pull operation. This enables complete professional extraction of heavily seized shafts while maintaining correct centering and alignment.
