This professional K180 honing brush is designed for the precision finishing of engine cylinders, hydraulic cylinders, plumbing systems and aerospace components.
The self-centring construction uses flexible silicon carbide abrasive balls to produce an even, load-bearing surface without increasing the cylinder diameter.
Cylinder Finishing
The brush is suitable for deburring, final finishing and honing work. It creates a uniform honing pattern that supports correct oil-film retention on the cylinder wall.
It is particularly suitable for preparing cylinder bores before installing new piston rings.
The brush can be used with both handheld drills and stationary machines, providing flexibility for different workshop and production applications.
