Bushing Removal
The following components are required for removal: 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 10
Important! Before removing the bushing, mark its installation position on both sides of the trailing arm.
- Attach the C-ring (2) using the magnets to the side of the trailing arm where the bushing has the larger metal tab.
- Adjust the frame arms (5) on the frame bridge (3) so that the spindle (1) and sleeve (7) apply even pressure to the bushing from the opposite side.
- Use the scale on the frame bridge (3) for accurate alignment.
- Once all components are correctly aligned, the bushing can be removed.

Bushing Installation
The following components are required for installation: 1 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | 10
- Attach the C-ring (2) using the magnets to the side of the trailing arm where the bushing has the smaller metal tab.
- Install both spacers (9) onto sleeve (7) using the hex socket screws (8).
- Align the new bushing with the previously made marks using the press frame and apply slight preload.
- The bushing can now be drawn into position while ensuring the correct installation orientation.
- Continue pressing the bushing until the spacers (9) contact the trailing arm.
- Once the bushing is fully installed, remove the tool and reassemble the vehicle.
