Acest dispozitiv specializat este proiectat pentru detensionarea, pretensionarea și alinierea precisă a blocurilor glisante ale arcului de revenire pe arborele excentric în sistemele Valvetronic. Asigură poziționarea corectă în timpul intervențiilor asupra mecanismului de control al ridicării supapelor.

Unealta este potrivită pentru sistemele moderne Valvetronic (BMW / Mini), precum și pentru sistemele VVT / VTI (grup PSA). Permite manipularea controlată a componentelor tensionate de arc, esențială în timpul demontării și montării trenului de supape.

Informații suplimentare

Acest instrument este conceput ca supliment pentru item.no. 115419 (compresor arcuri supape Valvetronic), permițând efectuarea completă și sigură a lucrărilor asupra sistemului Valvetronic.

 

Numerele OEM sunt menționate doar pentru identificare. Acesta nu este un produs original OEM.

1. Demontare:

• Demontați capacul chiulasei
• Demontați arcul de revenire al arborelui excentric folosind unealta, cod piesă 115419 (vezi unelte suplimentare)
• Poziționați cleștele sub suportul de lagăr, pe blocurile de ghidare
• Prin tensionarea cleștelui, șuruburile pot fi acum slăbite și apoi îndepărtate

ATENȚIE: Nu eliberați cleștele înainte ca șuruburile să fie scoase, deoarece blocul de ghidare se poate înclina sau bloca!

2. Montare:

• Verificați poziția de montaj a culbutorilor cu rolă
• Montați blocul de ghidare și verificați ghidarea corectă a rolelor pârghiilor intermediare
• Fixați cele două șuruburi (respectați întotdeauna specificațiile producătorului), strângeți-le la 5 Nm, apoi slăbiți-le cu 90°
• Preîncărcați blocul de ghidare folosind cleștele special
• Apoi strângeți definitiv cele două șuruburi la 10 Nm (respectați specificațiile producătorului!)
• Cleștele poate fi acum îndepărtat
