Subframe Alignment Pin Set for VW T5, T6, Crafter, Touareg and MAN TGE

This specialized alignment pin set is designed for accurate positioning and alignment of the subframe (engine carrier) during installation and repair procedures.

The tool is particularly useful when replacing suspension bushings or carrying out repairs that require removal of the subframe. It helps ensure the subframe is correctly aligned before the original mounting bolts are reinstalled.

Function

The alignment pins temporarily replace the original mounting bolts, allowing precise positioning of the subframe before final tightening.

Instructions for Use

To align the subframe, the opposing mounting bolts must be replaced with the alignment pins in two stages.

Important notes:

• Tighten the alignment pins to a maximum of 20 Nm
• Exceeding 20 Nm may damage the threads of the alignment pins
• Never remove more than two mounting bolts at the same time
• Always support the subframe using a transmission jack during the procedure
