This professional special service tool set is designed for engine timing adjustment, timing belt replacement and engine repair procedures on Volvo B3154 engine series.

The kit includes a dedicated flywheel locking tool and special tools required for camshaft adjuster service procedures.

When loosening the camshaft adjusters, a dedicated camshaft adjuster holding tool is required to ensure proper servicing and prevent component damage.

Important Information

Camshaft central bolts do not need to be loosened for standard timing belt replacement procedures
Camshaft adjuster fasteners are located beneath a sealing cover and the sealing ring should be renewed during service
If camshaft adjusters have been removed, the adjusters and hubs must be thoroughly cleaned
During reinstallation, the locating pins of the camshafts must point vertically upwards
After tightening to 117 Nm, both camshaft adjusters must be rotated clockwise until they can be locked using the locking pins of the special tool
