Specialized puller tool designed for separating the housing halves of VAG 7-speed DSG direct shift transmissions. The tool allows professional disassembly of the gearbox housing for repair, overhaul, damage inspection, and maintenance procedures.
The triangular support bracket is mounted to the transmission housing to provide stable support during operation. Using the supplied pressure sleeves and puller bridge, controlled pressure can be applied to the transmission shaft in order to press the shaft safely out of the transmission bearings.
Suitable for professional workshop servicing of DSG transmissions.

Original numbers are used for comparison purposes only. This is not an original manufacturer tool.
- Remove the oil pan, housing bolts, and all components required for separating the housing halves.
- Lubricate the spindle thread and insert the puller spindle (6) into the internal thread of the puller bridge (1).
- Install the short and long support bolts (5 + 7) into the puller bridge (1).
- Attach the adapter plate to the underside of the housing using the three bolts (8), as shown in the illustration.
The mounting tab on the adapter plate (2) must be installed facing away from the transmission housing. - Position the pressure piece (4) and install the pre-assembled separating tool.
The long support bolt (5) is mounted against the housing, while the short support bolt (7) is mounted against the mounting tab of the adapter plate (2).
