- Remove the pump sprocket cover.
- Attach the holding tool to the pump sprocket using the 2 supplied tool screws.
- Secure the tool to the front cover using 2 original pump sprocket cover screws.
- The sprocket and timing chain are now held securely in position.
- The water pump can now be safely removed.
