This special service tool is designed for adjusting the base camshaft timing after loosening the center bolts of the camshaft sprockets on Volvo B3154 engine series.

Loosening the retaining bolts requires a complete base timing adjustment after the camshaft sprockets have been tightened again.

During reinstallation, the locating pins must point vertically upward and all contact surfaces must be clean and free from grease.

The specified tightening torque of 117 Nm must be observed.

After tightening, both camshaft adjusters must be rotated clockwise until the locking pins engage.

Suitable for professional workshop use during engine timing and repair procedures.
