Installation Sleeve for Gear Actuator Shaft Seal Audi 7-Speed S-Tronic 0B5, as T40291

Specialized installation sleeve designed for professional mounting of shaft seals on gear actuators used in Audi and Porsche 0B5 S-Tronic dual clutch transmissions.

The installation sleeve allows the shaft seal to be fitted safely without damaging or folding the sealing lip during assembly procedures. Before installation, the shaft seal must be lubricated with MTF oil and manually guided over the sleeve.

Compared to the original OE tool, the internal rectangular recess has been redesigned into a round bore. This modification allows the installation sleeve to rotate freely on the gear actuator, improving handling during installation.

Suitable for professional workshop servicing and transmission repair operations.
