This manually operated fluid extractor is designed for extracting engine oil, transmission oil and other lubricants from cars, motorcycles, marine engines and industrial machinery. It is also suitable for extracting low-viscosity fluids such as water and coolant.

The included extraction tubes allow engine oil to be removed through the dipstick tube, providing a clean and convenient alternative to draining oil through the drain plug. The manual hand pump enables independent operation without the need for compressed air.

Applications

Suitable for extracting:

  • Engine oil
  • Transmission oil
  • Lubricating oils
  • Coolant
  • Water
  • Other low-viscosity fluids

Suitable for use in:

  • Passenger vehicles
  • Motorcycles
  • Marine engines
  • Industrial machinery

Features

  • Manual hand pump operation
  • No compressed air required
  • Clean and efficient fluid extraction
  • Transparent reservoir for easy fluid level monitoring

Scope of Delivery

  • 1 × Manual fluid extractor
  • 1 × Extraction tube, Ø10 mm × 400 mm
  • 1 × Extraction tube, Ø6 mm × 750 mm

Specifications

  • Capacity: 5.5 L
  • Length: 600 mm
  • Width: 220 mm
  • Height: 220 mm

Operation

  1. Park the vehicle on a level surface.
  2. Place the transmission in Neutral or Park and apply the parking brake.
  3. Start the engine and allow it to idle until it reaches normal operating temperature. Switch the engine off once the operating temperature has been reached.
  4. Select a suitable extraction tube and insert it through the dipstick tube until it reaches the bottom of the oil pan.
    • Note: Do not bend or kink the extraction tube during insertion.
  5. Connect the extraction tube to the suction hose of the oil extractor.
  6. Raise the pump handle to its highest position, then operate the pump with steady up-and-down strokes to generate vacuum. The extractor will begin drawing engine oil from the crankcase.
    • Note: Once the extractor reaches its maximum capacity, the vacuum will automatically be released to prevent overflow.
  7. After all the oil has been extracted, remove the extraction tube from the dipstick tube. Refill the engine with fresh oil. Start the engine briefly to circulate the new oil, then switch it off and check the oil level. Top up the oil if necessary.

Emptying the Tank

  1. Remove the cap from the pouring spout.
  2. Pour the collected fluid into a suitable waste container.
    • Note: If the extractor does not generate sufficient vacuum for the next extraction, pull out the red rubber plug on the rear of the handle to release any remaining internal pressure.
