This professional diesel injector puller kit is specifically engineered for the removal of seized, corroded or difficult-to-access injectors in BMW and Mercedes-Benz CDI engines, including OM 611, OM 612, OM 613 and related variants.

Thanks to its extra compact design with a base length of only 225 mm, the tool is particularly suitable for tight engine compartments where standard extraction systems cannot be used effectively. When assembled with accessories, the total working length reaches 350 mm, providing flexibility depending on the working situation.

The kit is compatible with Bosch diesel injectors and includes a robust slide hammer system weighing 1730 g, ensuring efficient axial extraction with controlled impact force. The combination of pull claws, pull bolts, sleeves and ball joint adapters enables multiple mounting configurations depending on injector design and removal method.

Designed for professional workshops performing diesel injector replacement, cylinder head service and common rail system maintenance.

To protect the threads, all threaded connections must be properly tightened.
