This Ø 15.5 mm injector bore and seat cutter efficiently cleans both the injector bore and sealing surface simultaneously while sealing the cylinder opening, preventing debris and particles from entering the combustion chamber.

Ideal for maintenance and repair of injector sealing seats after injector removal. Using high-quality lubrication grease during operation is recommended to ensure smooth cutting. Removing carbon deposits and contaminants is critical to prevent future engine problems.

For rework depths over 0.2 mm, a stronger heat-protection washer/sealing ring (Art-Nr. KT11060) is required. The cutter is made from high-alloy, durable chrome-molybdenum steel (SKD11) with a precisely milled, ground, and treated surface for long-lasting performance and optimal results.

This cutter is used with the appropriate holder (Art-Nr. 115001) and complements other products such as Art-Nr. 106523 for injector seat cleaning. It is also included in the complete injector cutter set (Art-Nr. 117460).
