Ratcheting Crimping Pliers for Insulated Connectors 0.5–6 mm²

The crimping pliers are suitable for commonly used insulated cable connectors, plug terminals, ring terminals and cable lugs.

The crimping ranges are identified by colour according to the cable cross-section:

• Red: 0.5–1 mm²
• Blue: 1.5–2.5 mm²
• Yellow: 4–6 mm²

Steel Construction and Forged Jaws

The pliers are manufactured from double-layer 2 mm steel and fitted with forged crimping jaws to withstand high crimping forces.

Ratcheting Mechanism with Releasable Lock

The 10-stage ratcheting mechanism supports controlled crimping. The releasable lock makes it easier to position the pliers correctly on the cable connector.

One-Step Crimping

The 10 mm jaw width for red and blue terminals and the 13 mm jaw width for yellow terminals cover the required crimping length of the connector in a single operation.

This avoids the need to reposition and crimp the connector multiple times.

Adjustable Crimping Force

The crimping force applied before automatic release can be adjusted using the control wheel.

The force should be adjusted according to the specifications of the connector manufacturer to ensure a correct and reliable crimp.
