It enables precise alignment of camshafts, crankshaft, and related components during timing chain service, ensuring correct engine synchronization and preventing damage.

Technical Note

Timing chains on these engines are located at the rear of the engine.

During repair or replacement of timing components, it may be necessary to remove the engine or transmission to gain proper access.
